Welcome to the Firefighter John Paul Memory Memorial Foundation. Thanks for visiting our Web site today.

The Firefighter John Paul Memory Memorial (FJPMM) Foundation was established as a tribute to fallen Firefighter John Paul “JP” Memory who died in the line-of-duty on September 16, 2006, at the young age of nineteen.

JP was a dedicated and committed young man who joined the Carrollton Volunteer Fire Department at the age of sixteen. His aspiration in life was to serve his community and be the very best firefighter and emergency technician he could be. JP’s destiny one day would be a Chief of a Fire Department, but sadly his life was cut short.

To keep his destiny alive, the Foundation's task is to encourage individuals to seek a career in fire and/or emergency medical services by providing the financial means for attending higher education.

The Foundation’s aim is to increase student’s aspirations and augment their preparation for higher education through the Foundation's Live-in Scholarship Program.

Furthermore, the Foundation realizes that fire and emergency medical personnel deserve the resources and the encouragement necessary to secure a promising future and to better serve their community.
